I'm Egg, I made a decision in 2010 to go healthy after years of abusing my body with booze, a bad diet and lack of exercise. Since then I've embraced a healthy lifestyle, learning as much as I can about nutrition and physiology. In 2016 I became a personal trainer and running coach to help other people to get healthier too.
I'm an avid trail runner and keen cyclist with a penchant for big hills, a slightly obsessive parkrunner, total foodie, dog mum and someone who simply can't resist the lure of a set of monkey bars.
